Looking for a reboot on your stressful life, but don't have the time or money for a week long yoga retreat on some remote island? Look no further! Our Weekend Reboot Yoga Retreat is exactly what you've been looking for! Join us for two nights (Friday late afternoon - Sunday noonish) as we relax, unwind, and take a quick breather from "real life". We will practice yoga, meditate, hike (weather permitting), swim, kayak (weather permitting) or do nothing at all - your choice because this is YOUR weekend!


THE FACILITY: The Red Poppy Center for Renewal is located just off M-59 in Highland, Michigan. Nestled back on 12 acres on beautiful Harvey Lake, kayaking, hiking and outdoor yoga are all just steps from this beautiful facility. Inside are floor to ceiling windows looking out over the lake, an indoor pool and hot tub, a yoga/fitness studio, and many nooks and crannies to just relax and get away. 

We are offering two options for this retreat: the bunk room or semi-private room. The bunk room hosts 8 bunk beds and 2 twin beds - a perfect option for an economical retreat! Additionally we are offering a very limited amount of semi-private rooms. A semi-private room has 2 queen beds, so you will be sharing with just 1 other person. Semi-private rooms are located upstairs away from the hub and share a bathroom with other semi-private room participants only. All rooms include full use of the facilities, all activities and 5 healthy vegetarian/vegan meals (1 on Friday, 3 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday).

At this time we are still putting together the itinerary. We do know it will include the following:

  • Friday, April 12 check-in around 4-5p
  • Sunday, April 14 check-out around 12p
  • 2 Nights accommodations in Highland, MI
  • 5 Healthy vegetarian/vegan meals (please let us know any additional dietary restrictions)
  • Women-only due to accommodation setup
  • 4+ yoga classes (taught by Jenn, Anna and/or Lindsay)
  • Workshop (postures? yoga concepts? still deciding....)
  • Meditation
  • Indoor swimming/hot tub to relax in
  • Free time for journalling or just relaxing
  • Outdoor activities (weather dependent) such as hiking, outdoor yoga, kayaking
  • Amazing group of women to learn from and connect with
